Did you know...
Parasites are one of the most common causes of illness in your
pets.
There are several pet parasites that are contagious to people.
Infection with certain pet parasites in humans can cause liver,
lung, or eye damage and can cause death or mental retardation.
Parasites are easy to prevent by having a yearly wellness
examination by your veterinarian and a bi-annual intestinal
parasite screening.

Our Parasite Prevention Program does the following for your pet and family.
1. Provides a cost effective method to prevent and remove parasites from
your family pets.
2. Works on both internal and external parasites.
3. Provides monthly protection from Heart worms, intestinal worms, fleas
and ticks.
4. Closely follows the recommendations of the CAPC (Companion Animal
Parasite Council) for the prevention and removal of parasites in your pets.
5. Utilizes generic equivalent medications to save as much as 75% over the
cost of "Name Brand" preventatives.
6. Gives a broader spectrum of protection for your pets and family.
To qualify and participate in our parasite prevention
program:
1. Your pet must have a minimum yearly complete wellness exam.
2. Your pet must have a minimum yearly heartworm test.
3. Your pet must have an intestinal parasite exam every 6 months.
4. All tests and examinations can be performed when your pet comes in
for vaccinations for your convenience.
5. Your prescription will be shipped directly to you from our approved
pharmacy
6. We will email or call you when your pet is due for health care updates.
If you do not have e-mail we will send you a postcard reminder.
7. Your pet must be able to swallow a capsule once a month.
